  Good products, jovial bloke. I booked a service and asked him to check the headset and was told "nothing to report there", only to find it hadn't been opened up and was full of residue and grit. I wouldn't waste my time or money on the servicing but they do sell good gear.

  I've always had good service here. The man boss has always been pleasant and willing to assist.

  I wasn't sure what sort of bike I needed to commute 12k to work. Ross was extremely helpful in spending time discussing options and I tried a couple he thought would be good for me. I bought a Fuji road bike and have been delighted with it. Bought a few other bits to go with it as well. Great service, very helpful and dare i say it but good old fashioned service. Highly recommended.

  Super honest and down to earth. I had an issue with my road bike where the lower gears just didn't shift. I thought it was going to cost quite abit. Then 3 days later after I came over to pick it up Ross said it was free. He could've taken advantage and charged me whatever amount and I offered to pay at least something but he refused. He said it was just a 3 minute job and he said its not worth any money to fix. Great honest guy, you can tell he's really passionate about his job. Thanks Ross will definitely go with you for all my services and my next bike purchase.
